Excellent stay, as always. Clean and perfect accom with great location right by nearby Aeon Mall and airport as well as the rail station. Astonishing and sensational breakfast with many options; really kind staff.

Accommodation was big and well-organised with respectful staff during night shift on 22nd.

The rooms are clean and very good-sized (I booked twin rooms). The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful and able to speak English. There is a free shuttle bus that travels to/fro Narita Airport. And there is another that go to the Aeon shopping centre nearby. We went there for dinner and buy groceries.

The hotel is away from typical shopping centres or shops. Thus there isn't much to do around the hotel. It is still a good place to relax though.

The lighting in the rooms is dull

It had a convenience store in the hotel- this was great. They upgraded us and were awesome in every way.

Landed at Narita from Texas and enjoyed a clean, cozy Standard Room with a lovely view. The indoor pool and spa services offered a relaxing escape after a long flight. The only hiccup was a fridge that didn’t quite chill, but the staff were super helpful in resolving it. 😊

-In room anemities sufficient for price. -Cleaniness of room was sufficient. -Amazing view. -Located close proximity to Narita ap. -Not sure if bbq hut buffet all you can eat/drink is affiliated with Hotel but if so, experience was one of the top set-tup ever. Highly recommended to all who desires to share special moment with friends or significant other. Food and drinks were well worth the price.

-Room was smaller than expected for King Deluxe. -Room size did not mirror price being charged. -In room T.V. was smaller than expected. - Should not charge quests for internet and parking if already staying at hotel. -Fitness room was sub-par for level of hotel. -Need to have government/military rates for individuals traveling on official orders.

The hotel is conveniently located for quick airport access and offers a great shuttle service. While the staff were friendly and cute, the room felt outdated, and there were some cleanliness issues that need attention. I recommend this place for short stays or families, but improvements in room maintenance and aesthetics would enhance the experience.

The rooms were very clean and spacious compared with some of the ones we had stayed in. It was great to have the family mart there as we could get someting to eat that wasn't huge hotel prices. Staff were friendly and polite.

I thought that over 1000 yen for one swim was rather expensive - although the pool was not crowded and it was a beautiful facility.
